whats and whys.

I've been meditating for well over 40 years and leading a meditation group for 4 years. It is nice to be learning more about the science behind the practice. I also like the convenience of learning from the comfort of my own home and the combination of live and recorded sessions . One I can watch over and over if needed and the other gives me the knowledge that I am joining with others.

Robust and well rounded content

I appreciated the varied techniques and philosophies shared along with the practical applications. One recommendation is to have Kevin’s content (aside from the business content) be the first 2 weeks of the class and then begin the other instructors and their respective courses. Kevin’s foundational content is helpful going into other topics. This class is a life changer for me!

Meditation + Business Training All in One

I researched a ton of different meditation trainings and this one appealed to me because it incorporated not only meditation training and teaching, but also the business aspect of it - how to make a living from this newly acquired skill. The weekly instructor led sessions with Q&A were the best part (IMO) and the practice groups that followed gave you the ability to practice what you learned.

The best 12 weeks you will spend

I cannot recommend this course highly enough. The structure of this course is beautiful, as you are in essence spending 12 weeks honing your meditation skills and building a deep personal practice. All while learning each week from a different teacher, who is an expert in their respective field. Meditation Magazine staff are truly first class and this course is a definite Yes!

Beautiful and educational course and format

This course allowed me to tap further into my own knowledge and understanding through a format that encourages growth in prerecorded and group learning. I had dabbled with integrating meditation into my therapy practice and this course removed any roadblocks I had created in my own mind. I am now actively adding meditation to my pt's toolboxes with impromptu meditations to meet the specific need.
